Ravi is the executive Vice Chairman of ‘Voyants Solutions Private Limited’. He is a Civil Engineer from IIT Roorkee (1983 batch) with Masters (Economics) from University of Manchester, UK. He joined the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) in 1985 from the West Bengal Cadre. During his 21 years in the IAS, some of his notable postings were District Magistrate & Collector, Howrah district; Project Director, West Bengal Health Systems Development Project (World Bank assisted); Member Secretary, West Bengal Pollution Control Board; Managing Director, West Bengal Electronics Development Corporation; Secretary, Department of Information Technology; and Labour Commissioner, West Bengal.

He voluntarily retired from the IAS in 2006 and joined the private sector. Presently, as Board Member and Executive Vice Chairman at Voyants, he is responsible for formulating the strategic road map for the growth of the company and business development activities.

Sandeep leads Voyants as its Managing Director & CEO. He is a civil engineer with post graduate qualifications in environmental engineering. During his career with Voyants, he has anchored very large and prestigious assignments related to the planning & design of Integrated Infrastructure projects. He brings with him comprehensive knowledge of managing projects across Infrastructure sectors and has domain expertise in Water & Sanitation, Integrated Infrastructure Development and Environmental Engineering. Being one of the first persons to join Voyants, Sandeep has nurtured Consulting Practices within the Organisation and has successfully developed them into profit centers.

He has handled many signature projects related to Infrastructure Development in India and abroad. He has worked with Feedback Ventures & NEERI prior to joining Voyants.
