NCRTC, a joint venture Company of Government of India and participating States, intents to prepare an Influence Zone Plan (IZP) for the TOD Planning Area of the Anand Vihar Multimodal Transit Hub, Karkardooma Metro Station and Hazrat Nizamuddin / Sarai Kale Khan Multimodal Transit Hub TOD Node for Delhi – Meerut RRTS Corridor.

The Project of “Statue of Oneness” is envision to fulfil the objectives and vision of ASSENYAS, to disseminate and popularise the life, works and philosophy of Acharya Shankar. The project is located at Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga in Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh.

The main attraction will be a 108 feet multi-metal statue of Acharya Shankar, placed on Lotus petal base over 54 feet high pedestal facing the river Narmada towards the south, atop a hill popularly known as Mandhata Parvat, in Omkareshwar. The space underneath pedestal shall be used as a meditation hall “Shankar Nidhi-Dhyasan Kendra”.

Our Services includes Proof Checking Architectural, Landscape, Structural, Stone Work and MEP Designs of the Project.

To continue driving India’s export led growth and improving quantity and quality of gems and jewellery produced, IJPM is set to stablish World Class Gems & Jewellery Park in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The park will house approx. 3,000 Gems and Jewellery units on 21.3-acre plot of land in Mahape, Navi Mumbai, with modern machinery and infrastructure that would help reduce gold loss ratio from 10 per cent to 3 per cent.

Voyants has been awarded the work of Project Management Consultant for Construction and development of the Prestigious Project. The Project is aimed for IGBC LEED Gold Rating.

We are proud to have been associated with the State of the Art “Integrated Command and Control Center and Police Headquarter” project at Hyderabad, Telangana which was inaugurated on 4th August, 2022 by Honorable Chief Minister Shri K Chandrashekhar Rao Garu.

We have provided Design Review and Project Management Consultancy Services for the full project. We were felicitated by Hon’ble CM in the grand inaugural ceremony held on 4th August for our contribution in the project.  The facility is one of its kind 20 storied Gold Rated green building with four Towers and sky bridges connecting the towers at 14th floor, a technological advance data center and Command and Control Center, a museum that will showcase the vision, history, legacy, and activities of the Telangana State Police.

Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) has engaged Voyants Solutions Private Limited to provide Project Support Consultant(s) (PSC) Services for “Master Planning Support for the JNPT Special Planning Authority (SPA)” for delivering services to the Chief Planner’s office. The total area in possession of JNPT is approx. 3,353 Hectares for delivering services like preparation of Development Plan / Planning Proposals, which includes preparation of existing land use map, proposed land use plan, zone plan etc.

We are proud to be a part of the prestigious MMLP Bengaluru project being developed under PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan for Multi- Modal connectivity. We are delighted to share that Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, laid the foundation stone for this project on 20th June 2022.

MMLP Bengaluru is proposed to be developed in an area of 400 acres with project outlay of Rs. 1770 crores and shall cater to a cargo potential of 30 MMT by 2068. This MMLP is proposed to have ultramodern facilities like Warehouses, cold storage, intermodal transfers with dedicated rail siding, handling facilities for container terminals, bulk/break-bulk cargo terminals, custom facilities, offices for freight forwarders and transporters, truck terminals, lodging and boarding facilities for truckers. It will also provide commercial facilities like general goods shop, eateries, ATM and banking services. This initiative of NHLML will give impetus to India’s logistics infrastructure which would accelerate freight speed, reduce logistic cost and generate employment.

We, Voyants Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in consortium with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLP are the consultants for development of this MMLP project.

Development and Upgradation of King Faisal Hospital from 160- bedded to 770- bedded hospital, aims to become a center of excellence in health Service Provision, Clinical Education, Research, to promote Medical Tourism and become Medical Tourism hub in Rwanda.

The scope of services under this project includes Extensive Assessment, Detailed masterplan and entire infrastructure services with Detailed Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing designing of building and providing complete Supervision services during construction.

Nagpur Smart and Sustainable City Development Corporation Limited (NSSCDCL) has appointed Voyants as their Project Management Unit (PMU) for Nagpur Smart City Project. The area identified for ABD includes 1730 acres of Pardi Bharat Wada – Punapur in the eastern periphery of the city. PMU will be responsible for the services to ensure proper and timely implementation considering all components for NSSCDCL ongoing projects in ABD area.
