Architecture & Design of IT Incubation Building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (World Bank Assisted Project)VSPL was awarded this assignment post an International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process. The Ethiopian Government intends to develop the IT Industry in Ethiopia. A 200 Ha plot near Addis International Airport has been earmarked for developing an IT Hub. This is the first IT building to come up at the Site. It will be developed as an IT Incubation Centre to attract other IT & ITeS players.

This is India’s first privatised ISBT. Both these facilities are fully operational.
