Narrative description of Project

As part of the Vizag Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC) project, four nodes have been identified in the Concept Development Plan and Kopparthy lies in the Tirupati Nellore Cluster. A land area of about 5760 acres has been identified by the GoAP for development of the Industrial cluster under the VCIC project.

The brief portrayal of the project includes:

• Preparation of Demand Assessment to establish Industry Mix

• Preparation of Base map

• Land Suitability Analysis and Zoning based on Industries proposed. 

• Concept Plan Development and selection of best suitable using KPIs

• Prepare a Detailed Master plan using Georeferenced Cadastral maps

• Branding Strategies

• Urban Design Guidelines – Landscape Design Strategy for Master plan

• Infrastructure provisions including drainage, electricity, gas, ICT, sewerage etc.
