Project / Programme Management:

VSPL prides itself on providing value to our clients through managing the construction of their projects within time and cost constraints. VSPL has a tradition of detailed project costing prior to commencing PMC services and holding themselves responsible for managing projects within a miniscule deviation from this costing. Our value engineering efforts have saved time and cost for our clients across projects.
