Narrative description of Project

Government of Cote D’Ivoire extending its industrial base in Abidjan to harness the facilities in the city, they had selected the Isle Boulay Island for this Integrated Industrial Development. Already Government has planned a Container terminal on the eastern part of the island and rest of the part they have earmarked for the Industrial and Residential Area. The Government selected Voyants Solutions Private Limited to prepare a feasibility study with international benchmarking to carry out demand assessment and investment potential followed by Master Plan for this area.

The project Component identified by VSPL along the sea front development include Industrial Zone (824 Ha), Transshipment Zone and Logistic Hub (131 Ha), Residential Zone (23.00 Million Sq. Ft.) Tourism Zone (47 Ha), Hospitality Zone (59 Ha), Golf Course (106 Ha), Sports Complex (113 Ha), Commercial (1.4 Million Sq. Ft.) and Financial Centres (3.7 Million Sq. Ft.) with supporting social amenities and facilities.
