Voyants Solutions Private Limited has been appointed as the Independent Expert for the supervision of development and operations of warehousing facilities awarded to a concessionaire through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.

This strategic project is aimed at strengthening India’s warehousing and logistics ecosystem by ensuring high-quality infrastructure, seamless operations, and adherence to PPP contractual obligations.

As the Independent Expert, Voyants will play a critical role in monitoring design reviews, construction quality, operational compliance, and performance standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.
