Mr. Satya Narayana Rao Nimmala, a highly accomplished finance professional with over 40 years of experience, is an alumnus of IMI, Delhi, and a university topper in Economics. He has extensive expertise in financial restructuring, stressed asset resolution, project finance, venture capital, merchant banking, and corporate advisory. His career spans senior roles where he aligned strategic and financial planning for listed entities, and Partner at Brescon, where he pioneered India’s earliest structured financial restructuring initiatives. Mr. Rao has successfully guided corporates, banks, and multilateral agencies in complex debt resolutions exceeding INR 300 billion across infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and core sectors. He has also advised on major RBI and IBC-led frameworks, helping companies achieve remarkable turnarounds. Currently, Prof. Reddy is also National Convenor of the Me@AI India Initiative and Chief Advisor at the Centre for Energy Technology, Osmania University. Mr. Deepak Bansal, a Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate, leads Voyants’ Finance & Accounts division as Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of expertise, he brings deep proficiency in corporate financial strategy, fund management, taxation, compliance, and legal governance. Known for his process-driven approach and strong control systems, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial sustainability and strategic growth. Mr. B. J Naidu, a Civil Engineer with an M.Tech in Hydraulics & Water Resources from IIT Kanpur, leads Voyants’ Water Supply & Sanitation Division. With over 22 years of specialized experience, he is a domain expert in water supply, sewerage, and stormwater drainage systems. His expertise spans planning, project management, and execution of large-scale, externally funded projects supported by KfW, World Bank, JICA, and ADB. With international exposure across Asia, Africa, and the GCC, he also heads Voyants’ South Zone operations in Hyderabad and Chennai, driving business growth across Southern India.
Ms. Swati Agarwal, an Architect from IIT Roorkee with a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from NICMAR Pune, leads Voyants’ Architecture & Project Management Division. With over 23 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in designing and managing complex building projects—ranging from commercial and residential to industrial, institutional, and transit infrastructure. Her leadership spans both national and international markets, where she has successfully delivered landmark projects for a diverse clientele. Swati plays a pivotal role in driving design excellence and strategic growth for Voyants.
Mr. Subha Brata Roy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s in Town and Regional Planning from Bengal Engineering and Science University. With over 25 years of diverse experience, he brings deep expertise in urban planning, master planning, urban design, smart cities, and strategic development. His international exposure spans the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Algeria, and Qatar. At Voyants, he leads the Infrastructure Planning & Design (IPD) division, driving innovative, future-ready solutions across projects in India and abroad.
Mr. Sumeet Chakraborty, a Civil Engineer from NIT Calicut, leads the Highway Design vertical within Voyants’ Transportation, Roads & Bridges (TRB) division. With over 25 years of extensive experience, he specializes in detailed engineering for major highway projects across EPC, BOT, DPR, and PMC formats. His expertise spans project planning, design, technical due diligence, pre-bid engineering, and value optimization. Sumeet plays a key role in delivering high-impact transport infrastructure, driving both technical excellence and strategic business growth.
Satyajit Bhattacharyya has done B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jorhat Engineering College, Assam. He leads the Energy Division at Voyants. With over three decades of diversified experience, he brings expertise in contract management, project management, design review, and supervision of substations and transmission line projects, as well as monitoring EPC agencies to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Prior to joining Voyants, he held senior leadership roles at PGCIL and at Feedback Infra, contributing significantly to large-scale energy infrastructure projects. In his current role, he drives operational excellence and strategic initiatives to advance the growth and impact of the Energy Division.

Dr. Raj Kumar Singh holds a Master’s in Environmental Science from Purvanchal University and a Ph.D. in Botany from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. With over 25 years of specialized experience, he brings deep domain expertise in environmental management, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. His work spans biodiversity assessments, EIAs, natural resource management, and environmental planning for large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, rail, metro, and waterways. As head of the Environment Management Services (EMS) division at Voyants, he leads with a focus on sustainable development and ecological stewardship.
Mr. C. S.R. Sarma is an Electrical Engineer from Osmania University with extensive experience in power transmission, distribution, rural electrification, and substation systems. A former Chief Engineer with AP Transco, he has led key government projects and held senior roles in global energy firms. At Voyants, he serves as Principal Consultant in the Energy Division, driving technical leadership and strategic guidance in power sector initiatives.
