Narrative description of Project

The proposed project of MES is a Greenfield development located in the difficult terrain of Assam & Arunachal, North Eastern states of India. The project spreads over 3 locations (comprising of 5 sites) in Likabali, Khonsa and Lekhapani over an area of 200 acres (80 Ha). The scope comprises of detailed Master Planning, Architecture, Interior, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing designing comprising of Residential, Administrative & ancillary buildings with a total built up area of 8.5 Lakh SQFT (85000 SQMT). The entire project need to be designed on Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) 3 star equivalent to IGBC and LEED.
