Narrative description of Project

The Technology Park is part of the ICT sector strategy, aimed at promoting innovation and business development, thereby leveraging the country’s growth. The proposed Technological Park consist of development of Data Center, Business Center, Center for Training and Business Incubation and Civic Centre. The estimated built up area of the proposed development is 1.8 Lakh SQFT (18000 SQMT) spreading over an area of 100000 SQMT (10 Ha). The scope of service under this project includes detailed Master Planning and entire site infrastructure services with Architecture, Interior, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing designing of building and providing complete Project Management services during construction.
