Narrative description of Project

The preparation of development plan/ Planning proposals which includes preparation of existing land use map, proposed land use plan, zone plan, structure plan, draft development control and promotion regulations, development plan/ planning proposal report, under MR & TP Act 1966 for the area of JNPT including ‘marathi’ translation of the draft DCPR,report.

Carrying out surveys with levels, physical features, contours when required for planning.

The demarcation of layouts, plots, alignment of services as per drawing by fixing markers at site. Area calculations of surveyed and demarcated pockets/plots.

Preparation of various guidelines, SOPs, scrutiny forms, check-lists, detailing and guidelines preparation of urban design, landscaping, design briefs for land parcels, carrying out various studies for DCRs, Masterplan, sales Drawings, Marketing material.
