Narrative description of Project

• In order to improve key Multi-Modal Transport Corridors and Networks that would address current transport bottlenecks in Bangladesh, the World Bank is financing the Bangladesh Regional Waterway Transport Project (BRWTP-S3).

• The project is centered on the main Dhaka-Chittagong IWT route, with branches to Ashuganj, Ghorashal and Barisal. Among other things, the project comprises a component to improve select inland waterway ports and terminals.

• Preparation of Feasibility study reports

• Field Surveys and Investigations

• Detailed design of all proposed facilities

• Bid Process Management

• Project Management Consultancy
