Narrative description of Project

The project involves

• Providing master planning support to Special Planning Authority (SPA) of JNOT Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and Planning Division of JNPYT.

The project scope includes

• Preparation of Development Plan/ Planning Proposals which includes preparation of existing land use map, proposed land use plan, zone plan, structure plan, Draft Development Control and Promotion Regulations
• Preparation of various guidelines, SOPs, scrutiny forms, check-lists, detailing of urban design, landscaping, urban design and landscape guidelines, design briefs for land parcels, carrying out various studies for DCRs, Master Plan, sales drawings, marketing material
