Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) has entrusted Voyants to obtain permission of the National Board for Wildlife (NBWL) under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 for the establishment of Petro-Chemical Park in Kochi, Kerala. Voyants shall undertake all the prerequisite studies to undertake the NBWL Permission for Mangalavanam Bird Sanctuary which is located at a distance of about 9.5 km from the proposed Petro-chemical Park in Kochi.

Voyants has been engaged by Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) to provide Master Planning, Architectural Design & Engineering Consultancy, Tendering & Design support during execution for its Integrated Check-Post (ICP) at Bhittamore, Indo-Nepal Border in order to boost the Indo-Nepal Border Trade. The project will be spread on site area of 23 acre for ICP and additional area of 3.5 acres for Accommodation. The key facilities include Passenger Terminal Building, Cargo Terminal Building, Warehouses, Inspection sheds, Quarantine building and Accommodation. This will facilitate the systematic, seamless and secure cross-border movement of goods and people by ensuring efficient passenger flow, providing adequate passenger facilities, smoothening processes, optimizing the use of facilities, systemizing support facilities, and improving traffic flow.

The project duration is 24 months.

With an objective of port modernization and upgradation to handle cargo in an efficient, quick and environment friendly manner, Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT) intends to prepare a Techno Economic Feasibility Report (TEFR) for “Development and Mechanization of Existing EQ-6 berth in the inner Harbour for handling clean cargoes on Design, build, Finance, Operate and Transfer Basis (DBFOT) through Private Sector Participation”.

The Project comprise six units of 100 MW each of floating solar photovoltaic grid connected power projects to be developed at Omkareshwar Dam Reservoir in Khandwa District, MP.

In order to improve the cargo handling capacity, creating an effective, efficient, quick and environment friendly cargo handling systems, Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port has appointed Voyants for preparing the TEFR for augmentation of 08 nos. of projects through PPP Mode to be implemented both at Haldia Dock Complex (HDC), Haldia & Kolkata Dock System (KDS), Kolkata.
