A multi-product SEZ spread over 4000 acres in Mangalore, India, developed in joint consortium by ONGC, KIADB and IL&FS. VSPL was retained by the SPV for master planning and design of core infrastructure (road, water and sanitation, power – distribution & transmission, 220 kV sub-station, waste management) and social infrastructure (gate complex, administration building) services.
