VSPL received another project from MES for Detailed Engineering, Planning and Design Consultancy Services for provision of buildings and services works at Sigar in Arunachal Pradesh. The project spreads over an area of 500 acres with a Built up Area of 32,00,000 SQFT comprising of various buildings like Residential Accommodation, Storage Accommodation, Officers Mess, Administrative Building, Auditorium, Swimming Pool, Football Ground, Hockey Ground, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Volley Ball Court and other amenities. The proposed project shall be designed as GRIHA 3 star building comprising of all green building design principles.
