Sandeep leads Voyants as its Managing Director & CEO. He is a civil engineer with post graduate qualifications in environmental engineering. During his career with Voyants, he has anchored very large and prestigious assignments related to the planning & design of Integrated Infrastructure projects. He brings with him comprehensive knowledge of managing projects across Infrastructure sectors and has domain expertise in Water & Sanitation, Integrated Infrastructure Development and Environmental Engineering. Being one of the first persons to join Voyants, Sandeep has nurtured Consulting Practices within the Organisation and has successfully developed them into profit centers.

He has handled many signature projects related to Infrastructure Development in India and abroad. He has worked with Feedback Ventures & NEERI prior to joining Voyants.

Jasveer heads the Project Development & Planning Division at Voyants. He has rich experience in Urban Development and Master Planning. Jasveer has been chiefly responsible for developing the advisory, privatisation, planning & architectural expertise within the Organisation. His experience in urban planning assignments include the preparation of City Development Plans, Corporate Business Plans, Local Area Plans, formulation of PPP model for Infrastructure Development, Infrastructure upgradation strategies and Master Planning for integrated townships and SEZs. His acumen for project development and resource mobilization has been instrumental in defining the successful trajectory of the Project Development and Planning Division. He has successfully managed assignments for Olam International, Essar, TATA Realty, Mahindra & Mahindra, ONGC, IL&FS, Indiabulls, Ethiopian ICT Authority, Bharat Forge among other prestigious Clients.

Jasveer has done his Masters in Planning (Urban Planning) from the School of Planning & Architecture and has completed his Bachelor of Architecture from the Government College of Architecture at Lucknow where he has been a Gold Medalist. He is an active member of many industry organizations including the Institute of Town Planners, Council of Architecture, Indian Institute of Architects and the Institution of Valuers.

Rajiv is a mechanical engineer with post graduate qualifications in business administration. He leads the business development effort at Voyants. He has been involved in the marketing and business development of consultancy services to Infrastructure & real estate sector clients in India and abroad. Rajiv has been responsible for the incubation of new sectors and geographies as part of the Organisation’s efforts to spread its consultancy operations.

He brings with him extensive management consultancy / advisory experience with primary focus on the hospitality, real estate, transportation and other infrastructure sectors. He also has comprehensive understanding of the Indian regulatory environment. He also anchors some of the advisory assignments at Voyants.

Vats has done his Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and holds two Post Graduate specializations in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Real Estate Management. Col. Vats brings with him a vast experience of more than 20 years in Strategic Manpower Planning aligned with organizational goals through competency development, optimum utilization of human capital within budgetary parameters, OD Initiatives, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Appraisal, Personnel Management and Innovative HR Practices.

He has formulated many cost-effective and innovative HRM strategies for the organizations where he has worked and has been a valued contributor – Subros, Vardan Industries and for the Indian Army. Col. Vats heads the Human Resources Department at Voyants.

Dhawan is a graduate electrical engineer from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He has more than 35 years of valuable experience in the field of Power distribution & transmission and Hydro projects. Dhawan commenced his career in the early seventies with the Beas-Satluj Link Hydro project. His experience is not limited to the conventional system of designing, but extends to adopting innovative technical and economical processes. He has worked on numerous hotel, tourist complex, hospital, educational institution, commercial mall and IT building projects. He has handled UNDP and World-bank aided projects in India & abroad.

He played a key role in developing the Electrical Engineering Group of Voyants. His contribution in providing cost effective solutions to clients are an asset for Voyants.

Banati is a civil engineer with post graduate qualifications in management. He has more than 40 years of professional experience in civil engineering and management. He has the privilege of working on numerous highways and road projects across India – some of them in extremely difficult terrain.

He has been mainly responsible for the numerous feasibility, design & supervision assignments being executed by the Firm in India & Africa. He deftly manages both government / private sector clients and oversees assignment deliverables for this largest SBU within the Organisation. Well versed in Computer Aided Design of Highway Geometrics by using sophisticated software like MX-Roads (MOSS), he is proficient in enforcing Quality Control and Quality Assurance measures.

Mehta is a doctorate in Photochemistry and also holds a Masters in Organic Chemistry. He has had an illustrious 37 year career in consultancy and research. His domain expertise is in waste treatment technology and processes.

Mehta has worked with premier organisations like Ranbaxy and with renowned universities and has pioneered the application research in India on electrodialysis technology (for the treatment and recovery of toxic metals). He has published articles on environmental and solid waste management in national & international journals. He has also undergone training in Japan on environmental management.

Naidu is a civil engineer with post graduate qualifications in hydraulic and water resources engineering. He has rich and comprehensive experience in the planning, design and implementation of mega water-sanitation projects for metropolitan & tier-1 cities in India. He has designed water-sanitation projects for large cities in India, including those under JBIC, ADB & WB funding.

Naidu is the regional head for Chennai region and over all in charge for the projects in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Pondicherry.

Prasanta is a civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the implementation of building & large-scale township projects. He is primarily responsible for spearheading the growth of business in the largest swathe of India, i.e. the East & North-Eastern part of India. He has rich experience in the management of the construction of Infrastructure & Real Estate projects like Industrial Estates; Residential Townships; Mall-cum Multiplexes; Jetty and large Industrial Buildings.

He heads VSPL’s office in Kolkata.

Dasgupta is a graduate civil engineer with post graduate qualifications in Structural Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He has more than 30 years of experience in specialized civil engineering, roads, railway bridges, power and building projects.

He is also qualified in Total Quality Management (TQM) and has published a number of theses and papers on this subject. Prior to joining VSPL, Dasgupta has worked with Navi Mumbai SEZ Pvt. Ltd. (A Reliance MDA Group Company) as Vice President (Infrastructure Design). He has also been associated with companies like Bhagwati Designs, Rolls Royce Industrial Power (UK), JP Associates, NIDC, STUP Consultants and Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.

Anand is a civil engineer with more than 11 years of professional experience in the design of integrated infrastructure projects. He has had in-depth exposure in the design of water, sewerage and building projects. This unique blend of experience has enabled him to effectively integrate the designs of infrastructure services, especially for Urban & Township level projects. Anand’s core competence lies in his ability to integrate the sewerage, water supply and drainage network designs with the road alignment.

He has worked on Townships as large as 1500 Ha and has been involved in the design of infrastructure in India & Africa. He heads VSPL’s Hyderabad Office.
