National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (NICDC), has awarded the prestigious Project to Voyants for Preparation of Detailed Master Plan and Preliminary Design Report for Roads & Services / Utilities for Kopparthy Industrial Area at Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh under VCIC Project. The proposed industrial park has an area of 4085 acres at Kopparthy at Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh’.

The brief scope of services includes site analysis, Market Survey and Demand Assessments, base map preparation, Land Suitability Assessment & Land Zoning Plan, Detailed Zoning and Branding strategy, master plan preparation, Financial Feasibility Model, development of a GIS database for the plan, Preliminary Design of proposed utilities and services, Preparation of tender documents and drawings, selection of contractor(s) and provide assistance to Client during Detailed Design stage etc.
