Voyants has been engaged by Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) to provide Master Planning, Architectural Design & Engineering Consultancy, Tendering & Design support during execution for its Integrated Check-Post (ICP) at Bhittamore, Indo-Nepal Border in order to boost the Indo-Nepal Border Trade. The project will be spread on site area of 23 acre for ICP and additional area of 3.5 acres for Accommodation. The key facilities include Passenger Terminal Building, Cargo Terminal Building, Warehouses, Inspection sheds, Quarantine building and Accommodation. This will facilitate the systematic, seamless and secure cross-border movement of goods and people by ensuring efficient passenger flow, providing adequate passenger facilities, smoothening processes, optimizing the use of facilities, systemizing support facilities, and improving traffic flow.

The project duration is 24 months.
