Naidu is a Civil Engineer with M.Tech (Hydraulics & Water Resources) from IIT, Kanpur.

He has over 22 years of experience in water supply, sewerage and storm water drainage projects. He is an expert in planning, detailing, bid process, project management and commissioning of the projects including externally funded projects viz., KfW, World Bank, JICA & ADB. He has rich exposure to international projects in Asia, Africa & GCC countries.

Naidu heads ‘Water Supply & Sanitation’ division (WSD) of Voyants. He also heads Voyants South Zone office at Hyderabad and is responsible for business development in South India.
