United Nations selects Voyants for their New Office Facilities at Gigiri, Nairobi in open International Competition

United Nations office at Nairobi Kenya selected Voyants as consultants for condition assessment and concept design services in open international competition. The project has been awarded under UNON program for expansion of UNON Complex. The project will lead to the assessment and improvement of existing buildings further leading to design on new office facilities in the complex. It is anticipated that the given project will help in developing strategic Master Plan of UNON Complex and will significantly improve space allocation and utilization across campus.

GAIL Office & Regional Gas Management Center Building project awarded with GRIHA 4 Star rating

VSPL provided entire Concept to Commissioning services for “The Administration Office Building & Regional Gas Management Center of GAIL (India) Limited” at Belapur, Navi Mumbai, starting from Architecture design till Construction Supervision and Handing Over. The project was awarded with GRIHA 4 Star Rating, at GRIHA Summit 2017 held on 2nd March 2017 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The GRIHA Plaque was received by team of VSPL Architects (Ms Swati Agarwal, Principal Architect) and Client’s Team (Mr U C Singh, Chief Manager, GAIL (I) Ltd) from Mr. Rajeev Kapoor, Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) , Dr Ajay Mathur, Director General, TERI, and President, GRIHA Council, Mr Amit Kumar, Senior Director – Social Transformation, TERI & Vice President, GRIHA Council and Mr Sanjay Seth, Senior Director, Sustainable Habitat Division, TERI & CEO, GRIHA Council.

Voyants bagged first project in Tanzania for Development of Technology Park

VSPL added one more country in their prestigious list – Tanzania by winning Technology Park by The Tanzanian Government. It will be developed as a mixed uses project, a technology business oriented park to be located within Bagamoyo Special Economic Zone (BSEZ). The Technology Park project will be the first of its kind in Tanzania, located within the Bagamoyo SEZ, 50 km North of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania’s Main Commercial city; 70 km from Julius Nyerere International Airport
The Project is intended to be a landmark in Sub Saharan Africa with sustainable environment and world-class mixed uses development for technology businesses by attracting high-profile companies in Information Technology, telecom and software sector, R&D, educational institutions and high-tech manufacturing to either function or to use it as a regional hub.

VSPL to design State-of-the-Art Chennai Central Square

Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd has been entrusted with the task of Architecture designing, detailed engineering and Quality supervision works for development of State-of-the-Art self-sustainable “Central Square” by Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL).
