Voyants has been entrusted by RUMSL to undertake Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for the planned 600 MW Floating Solar PV Project and its auxiliary structures (including floating/marine structures, transmission infrastructure, etc.). The Project comprise six units of 100 MW each of floating solar photovoltaic grid connected power projects to be developed at Omkareshwar Dam Reservoir in Khandwa District, MP.

Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMS) has been allocated grant funds from the Clean Technology Fund which are administered by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD). RUMS has further entrusted Voyants for undertaking Environmental and Social Baseline for Solar Park Development in Cluster 1-Morena (1400 MW) and Cluster-2 -Chhatarpur (1000 MW).

In order to improve the cargo handling capacity, creating an effective, efficient, quick and environment friendly cargo handling systems, Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port has appointed Voyants for preparing the TEFR for augmentation of 08 nos. of projects through PPP Mode to be implemented both at Haldia Dock Complex (HDC), Haldia & Kolkata Dock System (KDS), Kolkata.
The projects under the study are listed below:
- Project 1: Mechanization of existing Berth no. 05
- Project 2: Mechanization of existing Berth no. 10
- Project 3: Construction of container handling berth outside of impounded dock
- Project 4: Construction & Operation of Ro-Ro cum Cargo Handling jetty at Howrah
- Project 5: Construction of Concrete Jetty for Liquid Cargo Handling at BujBuj
- Project 6: Strengthening & Mechanization of Berth 7, 8 NSD

KfW Development Bank, Germany has awarded Voyants the prestigious engagement assignment for Environmental and Social Management Consultancy (ESMC) in India.

KfW a German state-owned investment and development Bank has entrusted VSPL as “Environmental and Social Management Consultant (ESMC) in India” under a framework agreement for a period of two years. Under the Framework Agreement VSPL shall be undertaking Environmental & Social (E&S) screening of (i) private renewable energy projects that are proposed for KfW’s refinancing by KfW’s financial intermediaries (i. e. IREDA, REC, SIDBI) under credit line arrangements, (ii) projects for KfW’s direct financing within infrastructure programs primarily in the urban development (i.e. water, wastewater and waste), transport and energy sector.
