M/S. Kakinada SEZ Limited., has selected Voyants Solutions Pvt.Ltd as a Technical Consultant for Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Kakinada SEZ in East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh (Project Area – 4, 750 Acres).
The DPR study will comprehensively covers existing data review and identification of gap assessment, site analysis, infrastructure demand assessment, master plan, preparation and approval of conceptual master plan, preparation and approval of draft master plan, preparation and approval of final detailed master plan, study of external infrastructure, engineering design and block cost estimates, initial environment and social impact assessment, layout plan for VKPCIR approval, providing technical assistance to client during statutory approvals etc.

Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) has entrusted Voyants to obtain permission of the National Board for Wildlife (NBWL) under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 for the establishment of Petro-Chemical Park in Kochi, Kerala. Voyants shall undertake all the prerequisite studies to undertake the NBWL Permission for Mangalavanam Bird Sanctuary which is located at a distance of about 9.5 km from the proposed Petro-chemical Park in Kochi.

Land Ports Authority of India has awarded the work of preparation of DPR/DER, Architectural Design, Master Plan & Engineering Services for ICP Bhittamore on Indo-Nepal Border

Voyants has been engaged by Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) to provide Master Planning, Architectural Design & Engineering Consultancy, Tendering & Design support during execution for its Integrated Check-Post (ICP) at Bhittamore, Indo-Nepal Border in order to boost the Indo-Nepal Border Trade. The project will be spread on site area of 23 acre for ICP and additional area of 3.5 acres for Accommodation. The key facilities include Passenger Terminal Building, Cargo Terminal Building, Warehouses, Inspection sheds, Quarantine building and Accommodation. This will facilitate the systematic, seamless and secure cross-border movement of goods and people by ensuring efficient passenger flow, providing adequate passenger facilities, smoothening processes, optimizing the use of facilities, systemizing support facilities, and improving traffic flow.
The project duration is 24 months.
