Job Description
  • 20-25 years preferably in business development and marketing in Infrastructure Consultancy industry and a proven track record of business leadership.
  • Develop corporate business strategy and implement a long term business plan for strategic accounts. Able to develop relevant business proposals for all infrastructural sectors.
  • Plans, initiates and implements market research to determine trends, projects, industry needs, customer preferences, risks and opportunities in order to acquire business and customize offerings.
  • Continuously review existing business strategies and targets for better alignment with business goals. Develop and implement policies & processes and monitor the adherence of same.
  • Drives the team to focus on getting high margins from new and existing customers by innovating the service offerings.
  • Oversee and grow identified high potential accounts and seeking out new opportunities. Analyses and monitors customer wise profiles, sales and revenue data, identify deviations and take corrective actions
  • Plan and execute effective customer relationship strategy and maintain long term business relationship with key decision makers and influencers. Conduct customer loyalty programs and leverage on relationship through effective networking.
  • Set guidelines for timely billing and norms for collections. Review Customer wise debt and ensure recovery of all outstandings.
  • Develop and implement customer complaints and query handling process ( CCQMP)
  • Communicates, educates customers on different infrastructure services by developing ad campaigns with agencies and customers, seminars and business programs.
  • Develop and implement marketing communication plans, brand building strategies particularly focused on major accounts. Develop and execute all infrastructural services related collaterals including signages, logos, business literature, company profiles and brochures. Create and produce standard and customize infrastructural corporate presentations. Oversee all marketing and communication initiatives to proactively promote the company’s offerings and business strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret business data and prepares business reports for management. Timely and accurate reporting through MIS (Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports). Manage business funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor business against targets.
  • Should be a highly self driven result oriented person. Efficiently handling teams at pan India. Should be an analytical and good negotiator with proven problem solving and decision making abilities.

Qualification Any Graduate/ MBA (International Business, Infrastructure Manangement)
